Brain and Spine Problems

Started having lower back pain from 1 month. Pain is more esp when sitting, during night time & early mornings. Took MRI scan, report attached. Please advise.

I have sciatica right leg nurve pain MRI report L5 S1 disc bulge 3.5mm how to cure permanently Without surgery please help me. In how many days it can be cured.

I used to hv sever headache on n off constantly.now its very often.I checked with my general physician I treated everything like migraine sinus.last 2 time I got constipation.after home remedies got motion.at the time of motion I got very very bad headache like my head will blast.after passed stool its completely gone.like pain was not there only.what it could be.I m wondering.plz help.did my eye checkup also.

Pain starts from mid back and shoots towards the r.h..s and proceeds to the the leg. Cannot get up if I am in sitting position. Cannot maintain balance sometime while getting up. More problem in right leg. A continuous mild pain is felt in the back and leg.

Hi have this facial twitch from last week in right cheek bone below eye, it is intermittent and mostly occurs when I lay down for sleep After doing gym I guess I developed this. Iam having headache.mostly when i rotate my neck or when facing downwards there will be high pain.it started four days before.I dont have any cold or cough like that.First i thpught it was a problem of using a local branded headset but after stopping that also,it continues.

I have experiencing dizziness with slight head ache on my left temple since tuesday evening. Had a consultation with a general physician wherein i was given medication and advised to consult a Neuro specialist if the condition persists. I have taken couple of dosage of the prescribed medicine but no improvement. Can this be a migraine associated with vertigo ? Any solution for migraine pain without medican?? I cant take medican bcz i am taking fertilty medican.
