Brain and Spine Problems

I stepped on a dead mouse on the street while it rained heavily. It might have been killed by a rabid dog. It might also have left some saliva on my shoe. My shoes somehow touched my car seats, gearbox, AC control and my smartphone leather cover, all of which I touched with my hand. Later on I ate food and talked on the phone with the cover right on my ear. Is it a cause for concern or just an irrational fear?

Suddenly i started with shoulder ache problem and along with that migraine also that to one side of the face

My hands are weak due to muscle loss. It has been 4 years since it started and i have no problem above my elbows. Rest is absolutely fine. Initially the doctors of Kolkata said its MND but a couple of years ago Doctors from NIMHANS named it Hirayamas Disease as it is stable and not progressive in nature. I am having a blank mind and can't think of anything. Difficultly in sleeping. I need a cure feeling weak.

Feeling disoriented and sleepy since last evening. Occasional Discomfort near left shoulder blade and left chest. Occasional headache behind the head and pain upper neck. While turning next to left cases dizziness.

Since 1989 first child birth problem started with RT foot. 3rd day after child birth try to walk but could not lift RT foot so limping since that and dragining my RT leg while walk. I have total 2 children normal.I been to Orthpedic,nerologist ,and acupuncture ,accupressur, chiropractor and few spiritul healing process but so far it is stady. over the time due to that I developed atrophy or noticed calf muscles start decressed and now my foot size changed one size also it is visible size changed in calf muscles.i have less sensesion in outer side and feel weak RT leg, Upon diagnosis L5-S1 dics bulge and pinch nurve. I use too have sciatica pain before and burning pain on RT upper back. I been constantly going for theraphy and all possible try to make it better. I serch for Stemcell treatment too. My dad had undergone spine surgery in September 2015. The surgeon had done 3 operation in lumbar, dorsal and for blood clot which was there in dorsal. So from September 2015 my dad is not walking and standing properly. So i need suggestion and perfect ans that will he be able to walk or stand properly. How much time he will take to recover. This is 10th months. We have financial conditions problem. We are in lot of tension of my dad.

My head really aches while working or etc outside (morning)also when cold wind strikes my face. During pain if wind or light strikes over my face i felt like in a he'll! Why is that? Is there any remedies? Every day during our after my class hours my head pains. I'm forced to use pain killers in such conditions.
