I am having spine problem pain in my back and leg on right side i can't stand for 1 minutes need to know about it is curable without operation.

Hello sir my father has a attack of paralysis almost 2 years back on the right side and now he is under recovery but will it fully recover or not means will he able to get back as normal person. As now he can walk, stand, sit by own but not like normal.

He has been diagnosed for herniated disc (l5-s1) from last two months. He have sciatica on his right leg. After physiotherapy session lower back pain and pain on the leg has been reduced vey much. Again it started paining. Unable to sleep, sit. Suggest me what course of action He need to follow. Is surgery only the last options?

My father had underwent a brain surgery on 20th June, 2016 for haematoma. Then he is under medication and has recovered well since then. He is able to walk, eat, wear clothes, and do all other acts all by himself. Now he has undergone another CT scan to check the current status. Request you to help me undersand the status after viewing the attached report "Post Surgery CT Scan report in August 2016.jpg". I am also enclosing the pre surgery CT scan report for reference "Pre surgery CT Scan report in June 2016.jpg". Is the report is fine or still some blood clot is there.
