Brain and Spine Problems

I have been experiencing extreme headaches just after waking up in the morning for the past 3 days. I experience it as a sharp pain originating on the right side of my forehead and extends till the back of my skull. My right eye gets red and watery. I feel nauseated. The episode lasts about 1 hour. What should I do?

Hello My Problem is, L4-L5 disk degenerative and as per neurologist suggestion, am taking some kind of Tabs and after he investigated MRI, he recommended 60-70% surgery is mandatory to clear the ill ness. I heart lot of answers about the surgery, and it's a failured ration is 99% and do not go for surgery .. Was it true message?, I heart using laproscopic syste, without extra cutting the skin, it causes easily recover in 2 days. I need best opinion, on this and now this state, it is very painfull and cannot handle any kind of activities on the affected leg. Please answer to my query is " in this case really surgery is mandatory or any curable medicines are avaiablle?'

I have numbness in come during one position in entire body, feeling head is heavy . I do have back pain and neck pain which occurs some time , I can not stand for long duration with my backpack. It creates lower back pain

Sometimes Feel like my tongue is heavy and speech is slurred. Have checked for stroke of any kind but it has come out negative. Sometimes feel distraught and restless as well. Was initially diagnosed as having sleep apnea but have been using a CPAP now and sleep has improved to normal levels. Sometimes feel weakness in muscles especially the thigh and calf muscles. Also have lower back pain and MRI shows a bulging disc causing nerve's to be crushed . Would like to have a answer on why the tongue is heavy sometimes

My father got brain stroke and now his right side completely paralyzed and his speech also gone. i want to ask you what treatment have need to give him so he can atleast stand on his own feets and understand what he doing.
