U can take pain killers for the time being like T. Combiflam one tab three times a day after meals. U have to see a Neurosurgeon and find out the cause of the back pain which is possible only by a proper history and clinical examination and if required and MRI.
Next Steps
Take pain killers and visit a Neurosurgeon

Low back pain in your case may be due to excessive long travels on rough roads... Also, poor posture with slouching can aggravate the problem..Vitamin D deficiency, esp if you have less sunlight exposure can be a contributing factor...In most cases, physiotherapy, correction of posture and limiting of road travel solve the problem..However please consult a doctor to rule out any major illness..
