I started with pain in my lower back since Feb this year and was diagnosed with minor disc bulges at l4l5 and l5s1 on my MRI. Since the past 1 month, I've been experiencing pain in my neck as well. Could it be that the pain from my back is radiating to my neck or some neck strain? Or can it be something different altogether?

Hello..... Nerves of spine runs in downward direction... So pain in neck is not due to disc bulge in lower back... That could be due to local muscle spasm or disc bulge in cervical region.. Consult orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon in nearest hospital get MRI of cervical spine....
