After mri it is showing that my all lumber dis has nominal bulges except for l4-l5 which has diffuse posterior bulge and affecting nerve roots. I have lower back pain and numbness in my left leg. . Can i ever go back to normal. I am only 25 . Can i live with this condition for life long?? Plzz help
