Spondylosis is a common term which always ask conditions of the spine degenerative disease, which includes changes in disc, bone, joints and movements in spine. Slip disc is a condition where the spine disc is moved out of its position partially. Treatment depends on the problem. It could range from simple exercises to complicated spine surgery depending on the severity.
