I have my MRI report which is attached. Is this possible to cervical disc bulge treatment without surgery ?

As per report u r having mild disc problem. Can use lumbar corset for L/A.(remove it during sleep). Avoid bending,straining lifting weights. I dont think u will need surgery. Visit local neurologist also u can some meds.
