Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor. my brother , age 14, met with an accident and had multiple contusions in brain. and broken collar bone. he neoher vomit or spit blood on site of accident. he was immediately unconcious.he had his accident on august 11 . immediately he was taken to hospital where doctor admit him in neuro icu... after ct scans.. they are treating the brain injury with medicines. in the initial days.. his body temperature was high about 103 c .. but as of today his body temperature has settled to 98.8 .. and there has been no rise in temperature from one day... he was shivering with high fever in initial days and hish pulse rate was 170+ .. bt as of now his pulse rate is 70 to 90 .. spo2 is 95-100 .. he is breathing without oxygen mask.. .. his feets are quite cold .. he moves his hands and and toes of his legs rarely.. sometym his neck too.. he moves his jaw due to dryness.. he has opened his eyes twice but just for a second. liquid diet is bieng given to him through nose pipe....

Neck pain weakness numbness in arms and legs, increased curvature of spine noted sagital images demonstrate signal intensity with collar button like projection with thecal sac compression at c3-c4 level

After feeling light tremors in hand I went to doctor where after tests doctor told that it's because of b12 vitamin deficiency and gave tablets. After taking for almost one month am not feeling any improvements instead it's started to feel like something is pulling inside without my control in hands and legs especially right ones. Please suggest me what should I do to overcome this problem.

AAbout three and half months ago I passed through brain stem glioma tumor surgery. During treatment I was on ventilator for 20 days. Doctors said that after one and half month I am able to eat or drink orally. I tried after 2 months to drink soup but still I am not able to swallow food and liquid. Whenever I tried, cough become starts. I also have cough problem since 3 months. I tried all the syrups and medications but cough not stops. I also have hoarseness in my voice and I couldn't open my mouth fully. I think that there is some problem in my throat. Major problem is difficulty in swallowing. Please help me to sort out this problem and tell me what should I do. Just now

The pain arises in the lower left side of the back & transmits to the upper & lower body in the left side. left foot gets swollen during severe pain & sometimes eyes also get swollen. it pains in the back while sitting down after standing for long. the doctor whose prescription image is uploaded here says that a specific injection can give relief for a couple of years. is that correct? what injection is that exactly? does this requires operation? been battling with the pain for years now but has been more severe in the last 2-3 years.

He is suffering from Gullian barre syndrome. He is unable to walk properly or hold things in his hand. He is already a heart patient so taking medications unprescribed just by seeing on the net can not be possible for him and because of his old age he can not travel much so please can you suggest a doctor in Jaipur itself.

Hi, I m 31 yr old, from past 7-10 days I m facing constant headache, mild but constant...when I step out in sun or stay hungry for some time it shoots up.. I m not able to understand what could be reason for the same...is there any test I could do to figure out details of the same.. Thanks in advance..

My brother is suffering from swelling in his head.. He is having blood clot in his brain.. Doctor Suggested for operation so they can control swelling inside his brain but we suggested to another doctor he said no need to go for a surgery it will be resolved through medication.. Now he is physically fit but Internally he is very weak and he has lost his memory some how.. He doesn't know things name like fan, spoon, iron even he has forgotten difference between singular ND plural... Doctor says his case is forget fullness case.. How long it will take for his recovery... He will be able to recollect his memories like earlier or not. Waiting for your reply thanks..

On 4th April 2015 I ot an Epilepsy attack in morning around 5 A.M. My wife told me that whole body got folded and after Epilepsy I was feeling vomiting issues. After 5 days I realized that some sound is coming from my mid or Ear I do not know but it is coming continuously. Till then I have contacted many Neuro /ENT ..Some one says its Tinnitus and I have started medicine. Epilepsy : Encorate Chrono 500MG two times (Regularly).. For Tinnitus : Bilovas and Rejunax cd. Some of my friends have told that you are not taking correct medicine for Epilepsy so you are hearing this sound as an side effect. I am not sure because all 3 Neuro doctors have prescribed me same medicine for Epilepsy. Kindly suggest me that if this can be the case or not. I am really confused and getting depressed / anxiety issues now.
