Brain and Spine Problems

A man hit on my head by brick and bleeding starts. My head was injured on the upper right side in 2014. A local Dr. had treated. In 2016 in February , Pain starts after having exercise ( Push up , Dips).

I am suffering from this for past 5-6 months. I also had injured my back and neck (both spine area) at that time, but as of now there is no pain in spine. Also 2-3 days ago I had sharp pain where jaw and ear meet each other. I am constantly in a vivid dream like state, and I don't know what is reason behind it. Could it be due to spine injury?

Whenever I am in stressed my body starts shivering, hands and legs are shaking like old people... Also I feel weak no strength.... What should I do ? I have blood pressure Range remains one forty by one hundred or like one sixty by one twenty Stress means mental pressure in professional life or personal life...

Which doctor we need to consult for prolonged lower Back Pain at scale 6-7 for last 6 months ? My dad was affected by paralysis on his left side after medication he is able to walk and do this activity slowly but we took MRI scan doctor says that his left side vain to brain is completely blocked and right side is 70% blocked it seems, even we tried for stent but doctor said block area is more than 3 to 4 inches so it is not possible. So kindly suggest some best way for my dad.
