Severe headache
He is getting severe headache mostly near the junction of brain and spinal cord. when he sleep it is normal and there is some relief. when he get up from sleep and sit in chair or something else he says that he can't bare the pain. when he is standing or when walking there is no severe pain but having some headache.

It is difficult to pinpoint the exact reason just with this symptom...But it definitely needs to be attended to, so please consult your nearest neurologist/neurosurgeon who will examine u in detail and probably do a few investigations...
