Heavy in head, pressure
Feeling heavy in head, after sleep everything is fine for few hours but later on it starts heavy. the pressure in the brain increases any time. I have no BP problem but head is heavy. Recently i was diagnosed with polyps in sinus. Whenever i hear something with loud voice there is rise in anger and pressure in brain with mood change.

You probably have tension head ache, nothing to do with the polyps. Would respond well to medicines and life style modifications. Consult a neurologist for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.
