Brain and Spine Problems

Disc desiccation with diffuse posterior annular bulge and left subartulicular disc protrusion L5-S1 level causes anterior thecal sac indentation and left recess left neural foraminal narrowing with abutment of left traversing exiting nerve root, this MRI report came , while facing severe back pain , is this related to nerve issue ??? If so please specific what it is mentioned and medication to improve the pain and get enough sleep . And need to confirm whom to vist ortho or neuro doctor for further evaluation

I am having headache all the time but sometimes it gets so bad also it's only hurting like one side of the brain not both side and if u stay still or lay down and don't it calms down but as soon as I move it punches me on my face so hard with pain also I have noticed if I am laying down on my right hand and my pain is on left it also moves to right that is something I found weird also my eyes feel heavy too when this happens and all the headache is like very low in pain but I can always feel it

I am a TBM patienta and recently completed my treatment. Took around 2 yrs 10 months course. Last MRI was done before stopping treatment. And report was good as per doctor. Took secondary opinion from AIMS neurologist, suggested same to stop medicine. After stopping medicine, back side of head is paining mildly and feeling like light discomfortness. Please guide me . *Last mri done on 15 days before.*

10 months ago, I over stretched my left hand, it caused severe pain for a few seconds. Since then whenever I overexert, entire hand feels weak. When I take multivitamins and B vitamins, then pain stops. So I took these vitamins for 3 months. Still whenever I stop this vitamin supplement pain comes again. Pls help.

Pl review the MRI and advise Can be surgery? Or tablets can be done.. Pl suggest on it.. Thanks in advance

Dear Sir/Madam, I am suffering from persistent neck pain from last 7-8 months which is radiating to my arms There is burning sensation as well sometimes I also feel that there is small lump kind of thing when I touch my neck Have done my MRI ,attaching report for reference,kindly guide me pls what should I do have taken enough pain killers Do i need to do any more test Is that lump thing dangerous?

I have been suffering from cervical pain from last 3,4 months. As soon as I take medicine I get relief but when the medicine is over I again get a lot of pain in my backside neck and right hand . Kindly help me out of the problem.
