My father is a raging alcoholic, he drinks everyday, he doesn’t listen to anyone, he was sent to rehab twice, when his personality got changed completely, he was acting weird was talking too much, was not staying in home misbehaving with people, first time it happened in 2014 then 2019 and now in 2024 its happening again, what can be done, is there any pattern in it? What kind of doctor should I consult?

I have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy but I don't have diabetes , nor do I have any vitamin deficiencies . What could be the reason then ? Is it serious ? Does it shorten life span ??

I have been experiencing headache from last 20 days.i have been given sibelium 10 MG.i have been taking it fir 15 days now still get minor headache sometimes left side  along with nausea.i got this kind of headache earlier also but it was without nausea should I go for mri and Which one mri plain or mri angio brain. In the EMG test the doctor said i have some sort of myopathy but he can't treat me with advice to go somewhere else, what tests and what should i do ?

My mother had brain stroke on 25/03/2024, was recovering well but since last Sunday has very restricted movements and not able to speak properly. Fresh MRI scan shows multiple new areas of acute lacunar infarcts in watershed area of left ACA and MCA. Acute infarcts seen in previous MRI showing temporal evolution. What should we do.

I was on Ativan for 5 years for insomnia. It stopped helping me sleep, so have been tapering for 4 months from 4mg, to 2mg, to 1mg, now .75mg. I am always dizzy/giddy. Feel imbalance. In online and YouTube searches never say dizziness is withdrawal symptom. I consulted 3 psychiatrists but they just gave other drugs that didn't help so I stopped taking them soon after to avoid withdrawals. I do deep breath and acupressure daily. Nothing stops dizziness. What to do? I live in Bangalore and don't know what kind of doctor to consult. Lucky I am sleeping okay as I'm taking some natural supplements that help, along with acupressure for sleep. But how to stop my disturbing dizziness?
