Brain and Spine Problems

I have swelling in right ankle for past 2 weeks.i dont know when started exactly as the pain was very minimum and only swelling was there...but after some days the pain started to increase..morning there is no pain while waking up..after starting routine work it started paining and increase till night..i feel like shooting pain sometimes which feels like kind of nerve pain near the outer part of the right ankle...sometimes it spreads upto knee/calf also.i have applied medicine few times but no decrease in pain.from yesterday my left side of neck (where pulse is felt ) started to pain..it comes and goes till today...am i facing any nerve issue.

My mother was recently diagnosed with acute cva right upper limb monoparesis, currently under the medication of Blood thinners with Rosufit CV 10 capsule two times a day ( Morning once and Night once). Is it safe and recommended  to use two times per day as it contains clopidogrel 75 MG, Please suggest. Thank you.

Good morning Last night,  i was sleeping, and i feel chakkar (dizziness) while sleeping at around mid night. I got up at 3 am for toilet and i felt palpitations thn. Skipped beats type. Had bad dreams. Is it a cause to worry? Usually i have good sleep. Is it cardiac related? Beacuse on Google it shows that if you feel dizzy while sleeping thn you should be having heart failure.  All my cardiac tests ecg echo tmt blood tests are normal. Pl guide

For the last couple of days I am having a throbbing pain in the back of my head. It does not persist throughout the day, but happens sometimes and goes away. The pain seems a bit sharp. Apart from that I have no other symptoms. I would appreciate it if anyone can help me with this - if this is serious or will go away on its own.

Hi I can't able to sleep properly since my marriage that is for year now . Due to improper sleep cycle. Even if I had different sleep time for one day my sleep is getting disturbed for next so many days and so long that now I am not able to sleep anymore like I previously did before my marriage that is uninterrupted sleep for 8 hours. Currently I am no more able to sleep and I am getting awake in the middle of the night and not able to sleep again. Please suggest something. Getting severe headaches due to this .

I consulted a neurologist for pain and numbness in my hands Maxgalin ER 75 (1 tab for 3 weeks) was prescribed. My 2 months old little  one's pediatrician told to better avoid breastfeeding if taking this tablet. Is it safe to take this while breastfeeding? Is there any alternative way for this?

My right eyelid (38) is frequently twirling since last week continuously,  is there any sign of neurological problem? Or any other thing ?
