Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doc, My mom who is 61yr old is suffering from giddiness , she feels it when she lays down or when she bends... Yesterday she was feeling giddy on n off the whole day, her bp is normal, she is not diabetic.....plz help...…

I cannot sleep even if i close my eyes for 3/4 hours continuously without any disturbance..even if i am tired i cannot sleep..but sometimes i sleep a lot ..i can sleep at day time also and night time also ...and sometimes whole day and night i cannot sleep..

I feel left  hand pain and neck from morning and I feel little cramps in fingers sometimes, I consulted cardiologist last month , he done ECG ,2 deco all are normal eventhough I feel every time pain in hand ,and some times sharp pain at above breast left side comes and goes and I can't sleep left side position , plz suggest what type of pain is this which doctor I should consult.

I am 22 I had hand tremors for long time. I have heard my friends say that my hand shake when I write in school. I some time shake when I eat with spoon It gets worst when I think that my hands are going to shake when I lift the spoon is it anxiety or something else. I am a very anxious person worry about everything this year I was diagnosed with depression (I am on antidepressants). I have seen my whole body legs every thing shake when I get angry or fear a lot. Now I need to know whether my tremors are essential tremor or is it Parkinsons and I heard constipation is so a symptoms of Parkinson i have not been able empty my bowls correctly from a year when I had exams I was very stressed and then only constipation started .I am getting scared whether it's Parkinson. Hello Dr my wife had an headache not severe but after vomiting she got relief it's not in regular, and no headache history so my question is Should I worry about it and consult with Dr or not because most of people say headache which relies with vomitting should be concern Plz advise me Thanks

For the past 2-3 days I have been getting shooting pains in the back of my head in the left side and it sort of spreads till the  forehead. Yesterday I also felt that my heartbeat was elevated more than usual and I had to take long breaths in order to catch and also some days I am feeling myself to be very sleepy

My head swollen i don't know why I frequently have head pain as well ... What can it be i did not fell down or got hurt

Not long time my mom got operated by nephrologist doctor because she had a stone in gallblader. the operation was ok but the problem is she get headache everyday some times it gets worse but she is fine now can you tell me it's this is migraine or something else.

Which test can detect csf leakage from nose as yellow type liquid is coming from one nose from my wife and it has happend two three time so one doctor asked to did cemri Brian but nothing is there ..I am attaching report..Can any other test can detect any hole or something anytime ...
