Brain and Spine Problems

I ha e numbness in right wrist and i did a nerve test today the reports said in the impression section - The above findings are suggestive of bilateral median nerve entrapment neuropathy across wrist severe in right side -to correlate clinically. I want to know what does this mean.And what can be the treat ment.

My father is 75 years old.. He is hypertensive, diabetic and has been suffering from Parkinson's as well for the last 6 years. Parkinson's hasn't affected his life much till now..He has suddenly become very dull , lazy and  forgetful. He doesn't engage in conversation much like he used to be a month ago.. His doctor didn't comment on his mri.. Just said keep blood pressure and diabetes under control.. I have attached his mri report below.. Please see it..i don't understand what happened to him.. Is it aging or Parkinson's or something else?

24/3/2024 a baby boy born and starting crying aloud with sudden breaks than we have with ct scan and in ct scan report. "tentorium and posterior interhemispheric fissure appears hyperdense" this came pleasehelp with solutions

1)Ill-defined and focal T2/FLAIR hyperintensities are noted in the bilateral periventricular white matter, suggesting ischemic changes (Fazekas grade 1). 2)Blooming is observed in the left insula, measuring approximately 3 mm, indicating a micro bleed or calcification. I had a stroke 8 years ago. I have been having migraines and other brain issues. The above report is it an emergency issue ? Can anyone explain the report to me ?

Voluntary Movements inside head are leading to pain which feels like lack of blood flow and roughness and excessive leads to wettish feeling.when I sleep on pillow my occipital muscles hurt as above describes.mri is normal.The pain is located in occipital temporal and vertex level .i have stopped the movements but pain is still there and has decreased by 60-70 % over 4 years .S cortisol is normal.I can feel the shapes that were drawn. CAN IT BE A NEUROLOGY DISEASE. Currently on fluvator 100(2-0-2) and arip Mt 5(1-0-0)

I had gbs back in 2018 after a viral infection. Then in 2022 i took the rabies vaccine after the stray dog bite and it was all fine. Now recently took the rabies vaccine after recent exposure and took the rabies vaccine out of fear. So my question is:- can gbs occur from rabies vaccination this time even though i was previously vaccinated and was all fine back then in 2022? Thanks for your answers. Really means a lot.

Dull aching pain below my right leg below knee level that doesn't go without taking neurobion forte. Dr diagnosed nerve related pain due to compress nerve which got treated using ashvagandha and regular walks earlier but now is paining again. Please advise as I cannot consult Doctor.
