Brain and Spine Problems

My father ( aged 82) is a Parkinson's patient. Today after wake up from sleep he is looking but not speaking  and not eating fully. When we asking  he is responding after a long time by tilting shoulder . Before that he was quite ok. What the reason. What should I do. Is it worrisome?

Sir, Before about 25 days I felt pain behind the neck and in left hand . I went to a physician , after diagnosis with neck xray and ECG he declare survical pain and gave me medicine. Now I m taking one tablet Actigaba m - NT-400 daily one. Now I m feeling irritation in fingers of left and. In the EMG test the doctor said i have some sort of myopathy but he can't treat me with advice to go somewhere else, what tests and what should i do ?

My mother had brain stroke on 25/03/2024, was recovering well but since last Sunday has very restricted movements and not able to speak properly. Fresh MRI scan shows multiple new areas of acute lacunar infarcts in watershed area of left ACA and MCA. Acute infarcts seen in previous MRI showing temporal evolution. What should we do.

I was on Ativan for 5 years for insomnia. It stopped helping me sleep, so have been tapering for 4 months from 4mg, to 2mg, to 1mg, now .75mg. I am always dizzy/giddy. Feel imbalance. In online and YouTube searches never say dizziness is withdrawal symptom. I consulted 3 psychiatrists but they just gave other drugs that didn't help so I stopped taking them soon after to avoid withdrawals. I do deep breath and acupressure daily. Nothing stops dizziness. What to do? I live in Bangalore and don't know what kind of doctor to consult. Lucky I am sleeping okay as I'm taking some natural supplements that help, along with acupressure for sleep. But how to stop my disturbing dizziness?

Hi, My mother's suffers from severe pain and numbness in both her legs whenever she walks. Have consulted some doctors, there is no problem in the bones but nobody is able to find the actual cause of this pain and numbness in her legs. Please Help! Regards, Arjun

Hell doctor good day!!! After all checks like mri brain, mri contast and orbit doctor confirmed everything seems fine and good. And he said the symptoms I have had are migraine. So agained visted neurology doctor and said my migraine issues, he then prescribed two medicines topamac 25mg and 50mg and sibelium tablets.my question is after googling I saw the side effects those were very shocking to me. Shall I use them for my migraine is my question? Please suggest.

There are times I feel a weakness in my leg, mostly when I'm sleeping or about to sleep. The same thing my mother (Age 63) is also experiencing. Is this because of some deficiency? What tests should we go for?
