Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from insomnia from 10 years sometimes I sleeps good and sometimes not. Few days before i was diagnosed with high cholesterol and triglycerides level. Doctors says me to lose weight and eat healthy. In the process of losing weight one night I couldn't sleep in morning I feel very tired and brain fog. I went to hospital they diagnosed me with Deepression and put me on high antidepressants. One months I was going through the hell and no improvement at all. I feel like brain fog and dementia constantly and couldn't sleep. I lost all my hope in life. Finally I test b12 level which results 75pgml. Doctor put me on b12 injections alternate days. But my brain fog or dementia is constant l. In evening it worsens. Can I be cured because I have no hope.

I am feeling numbness, tingling sensation,mild pain in hands and feets from 2 months... Please write all the causes that can cause this ...I am non diabetic

Hello Doctor(s), I am getting dizziness (I am spinning) sensation when lying down and even worse when turning towards right side. Sleeping on the left side is seems relatively better. To describe the sensation, it usually feels like room is tilting or spinning. The dizziness usually comes when I lie down at instant or turn the sides. I do not have this sensation when I am upright (sitting in a chair, walking, driving, playing etc). These symptoms came all of a sudden. No history of head trauma and no other symptoms. What could be the possible diagnosis and its treatment. Any exercises/manoeuvres to reduce that would be welcome. I am 29 years, Male and hence worried.

I had dizzy spells on 28th may 2024  morning i started anti vertigo meds then stopped after 7 days but today i felt 1 second dizzy spells again while brushing i want to get rid of this.

I feel numbness in my head, I will be having frequent hunger, once in a while I have burning hands, weird feeling in head...frequent headaches.. Pls help.. MRI NORMAL

Since more than a year, I have been feeling vibrations in the left side of my head and behind the ear. Have been to multiple physicians and was always told that it is due to migraine. After eating the prescribed medicines, the vibration like feeling goes away. But as soon as I stop eating the medicines, after 1 or 2 months the vibration start again. It is very irritating and when my environment is quiet I feel it more and it is very evident as if some train is running.

My husband has severe neck and shoulder pain for the last 2 months. And he got high BP and dizziness too.. He checked ECG weekly once because of fear. Now only we found that his problem is on his neck nerve. The doctor said the nerve is compressing and the blood flow is not correct. So he suggested to took MRI scan . Here I have attached the report. And the doctor advised me to  admit him immediately for 3 days and take steroid injection on the nerve. Is there any other way to treat ?

Hey, , I have a confusion about taking alpha GPC 300 MG in a regular basis. I don't have any problem right now. I just want to improve my brain intelligence. Should I take pill in a regular basis?

Firstly there was pain and numbness in lower limbs Then after few days lower and upper limbs Now experiencing numbness in arms and shoulders Lil bit in face Why? This is happening... Pls tell what to do
