Brain and Spine Problems

I had a fall and hit my head over the left ear very hard yesterday. The area is very tender to touch and mildly swollen. We went to emergency yesterday, CT scan came out normal. They have Pyregesic 1000 and Pan40 for three days. However, there is this constant drowsiness that persists. Kindly of fatigued and a headache as well. Is it normal...?

I have done spinal and brain mri, emg, ncv, eeg ... everything is normal...but currently i feel like forgetting minor things which i used to remember. And plus my hands are difficult to coordinate, especially while eating or doing fine things. What is this ? Is this something big like Parkinson's ?

I had balance problems from quite some time and then I decided to consult a neurologist who told me to start medicines for vitamin d and b12 as per the reports as the range was very less..after taking the medicines the levels of both vitamin d and b12 are within range..also i was told to do brain and spinal cord mri both which are normal and there was no abnormality detected..have improved through physiotheraphy and medicines during the last 6 months but sometimes I become trippy while suddenly have to take a turn or if I sit down for long periods of time and have to get up..when will I get improved fully also should I take a gene testing done?right now I am taking neurokind tablet and D-rise 60 tablets

I have been having muscle twitching for 3-4 days. Started in calf on Wednesday and it stopped in a day. It does not occur there anymore. And on Thursday it started in middle finger in left hand. Now it stopped in middle finger and started in ring finger. Apart from that I also have twitching in my legs but very minor and I would say unnoticeable. it does not accompany any weakness. Went to 2 neurologists. They did clinical examinations and said no ALS. I had MRI Brain in April this year and MRI Spine last year in October. They came clean. I also have had NCV yesterday. It was also normal. But these twitching are making me super anxious thinking about ALS. What should I do now ?

Hi. Since past few weeks I have noticed that doing fine motor skills with my right hand fingers is becoming difficult! I m typing this with right hand n i m having a bit trouble holding my phone as my hand starts shaking.. what cud cause this? Also i feel nausea n bloating sometimes but can be unrelated.. I can hold an object with my right hand easily, but when I have to use my right fingers, then I am facing difficulty. This has started happening since two weeks

I am taking medicine called thyle forte after typhoid as doctor told I have very less vitamin but from 2 days my left lower lip is feeling very uncomfortable and it's like a contracting feeling Is it due to medicine side effects or some other issue?
