I am asking on behalf of my sister. She has cervical since 2-3yrs. But lately from the last week of June she is having extreme pain in the back of the neck (just below the head) which extends to the right shoulder, collar bone and to the right arm as well. She gets momentary relief from heat treatment and she is on meds-Tolperisone twice daily and pregabalin once before sleeping. But there is continuous pain. I am attaching xray reports please suggest. Also she has PCOD and is overweight. She is under stress due to ongoing mother's cancer treatment. Please suggest.

My father is 67 years old. He has pressure in his feet. Also he has pain from his right hip to feet. Its very difficult to him to walk with that pain. We take xray and it shows arthritis. Doctor told that it's due to ageing and suggest some calcium and pain medicines. But the pain is not gone. Its getting worst. Then we saw neurologist and he advised us to take a nerve test and results are attached with this. Can someone clarify what's the problem is. He is taking  sugar medicines and he is overweight

Hi, I have just above my ear but more on the back side and not at the temple. It feels like a vein that is inflamed or swelled over skull. I press it and gives me pain. It's a point pain. Can anyone just suggest what it could be so that I can consult the right kind of doctor. This pain is there for like 2 to 3 weeks. It came went away and then came back.
