Brain and Spine Problems

My husband is unable to have a sound sleep at night. While he is in bed by 11pm, he is unable to sleep for 2-3 hours, and even then he keeps waking up because he has a light sleep. And so sleeps late in the mornings and feels tired and lethargic when he wakes up. Kindly suggest.

Hi Doctors, I have been affected with bells palsy last year and only 50per recovered for it, still having difficulty in wide smiling and eye brow lifting.. tried physiotherapy for almost 3 months. Question-  is there any chance will I get completely recovered from it? Any suggestions and hygiene I should maintain to make things progress soon.

My father had a stroke one month ago resulting weakness in right side of his body and confusion we took him to the hospital within an hour Dr done THROMBOLYSIS. After few hours he regained strength in his hand and feet but his speech affected he could not pronounce some words we thought speech therapy will help him improve his speech ability. But after discharge from hospital we recognised he is still in confusion and he is becoming more aggressive day by day . He had an heart attack in 1999 and his EF is 20% . Please let me know what is the reason and what treatment should start . Thanks in advance.

My mother is 66 years old and she slipped and fell at 8pm.  Her head got hurt and she got a bump on her head which got normal in the next morning. There were no symptoms like dizziness, vomiting,  light headness etc.. only mild pain in the head. We still went for a scan and found she has bleeding in brain. Please advice on the attached reports.

I have dizziness all the day sometimes a headache too I have catract and high presure of eyes having treatment of that iron calcium deficiency having stone type thing in my head near upper area of ear just upon the ear having sometimes headache and serve headache all day having dizziness and weakness

Respect sir ...sir I'm suffering from face swelling  from 4 th months only one side of my face but different palance ... 2 time on lips 2 time on cheekbone 2 times on jew side ... after every 15 days I m facing this problem... my dentist said that is not dental issue ...swelling comes Within 2 mins ...and gone 2 ..3 days Thank u

I'm having a sleep disorder that makes me very drowsy during the day, I find it hard to stay awake for long periods of time.  It has been causing serious problems in their daily routine. I'm never able to focus on my work, studies or duties because of excessive fatigue, and find it really hard falling asleep during night. If I fall asleep once, then there's no limit to my sleep, I uncontrollably keep on sleeping for 15 hours, and after waking up I still feel sleepy. Sometimes I even experience sleep paralysis very often, not only this but, if I'm sleepy, I uncontrollably start seeing dreams when I haven't even fallen asleep completely.

Pains numb with these medicines + juviana reduced burning in 5 days.

Dear sir & Mam, I have been suffering from neck pain from Last 8 months there is a burning sensation which runs around every time ,have done enough pysiotherapy & medicines for pain healing & vitamins but no significant improvement after getting tired I got my MRI done attaching report for refernce please refer and let me know if any is life threatening & risky How long will it take me to recover Is this lifetime issue
