Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, Recently my uncle had experienced stuttering speech and we went to a nearby General Physician and the doctor advised for MRI brain. I have attached the report for your reference. Since, a few days I feel fainting for a moment less than second. Other symptoms related to sleep since more than 1 year. I have Lots of dreams during the night . I stopped taking  medicine for sleep for 3 months.

Will pneumocephalus caused by trauma reoccur in a  patient who is already treated with oxygen and the subsequent ct shows that its resolved. Will this cause any risk in the future. What are the warning signs or dos don'ts . Kindly clarify

Hello my weight is almost 140 Kgs since last 10 days I'm having pain in my left arm , shoulder & neck I'm also feeling weak in left side of my body and I have dizziness exactly after eating food and also my heart rate increases to 120 bpm . I do brisk walk daily and I have BP medications metoprolol succinate 12.5 . Please let me what is the problem

I am seeing ghost image when I see tv with subtitle or phone(mostly with black ground and white text). I also see after image when I move my finger slowly or the movement of some other object. I am having the issue of floaters from past 7 months. Floaters keep increasing.  Also seeing the Starburst light in night. Ghost image issue is happening from past two three months. I checked with neurology, retina specialist, opthalmology. Nothing has been found. I did brain mri scan, visual therapy test. Everything is normal. I am worrying about it. Why its happening to me? What should be the reason of this? I am a thyroid patient from past 8 years.  I changed my medicine from thyroxine 50mcg to 35mcg as per doctors' suggestions and was also on cholesterol medicine for 2 months. My friend is experiencing left hand and left leg pain since 5 to 6 days. He's neglecting the issue. I have advised him to go to see a doctor. What could be the reason of his left sided pain?
