Brain and Spine Problems

I am having a burning and tingling sensation in my upper thumb area accompanied with mild pain. The similar situation is extending to my index finger with milder intensity. I have not suffered any injury or accident. Experiencing this since past 2 days. Pls suggest whom shall I consult. A Neurologist or Orthopedist?

When I tried to get in car I hit my head in car door. After that I was feeling drowsy and weak. Morning  when I woke up I feel nausea. I Also didn't sleep properly as I have baby. But it was just a small hit. Will it affect my head.

08-6-2024 : Falciparum Malaria (Positive) Treatment started and medicine used : 1. LUMERAX 80MG (M&N-3days) 2. DOXT SL capsule (M&N-5days) 3. MALARID DS 15MG (AFTNOON -14days). After 3 days : Falciparum Malaria got negative. But MALARID DS 15MG continued till 14days. on 16-6-2024 , suddenly got drowsy and did sodium electrolytes test. Sodium levels dropped to 96. Immediately on the same day , 16-6-2024 : admitted to the hospital with severe hyponatremia.    Sodium corrected in 5days and discharged on 20-6-24 . Initial two days were quite normal condition and thereafter, found with behavioral changes with emotional crying while talking to any friends/relatives . Ct scan Brain and LP test reports are normal. defectted in MRI scan is CENTRAL PONTINE MYELINOLYSIS (osmotic demyelination)               Present Condition: 1. Crying if sees anyone fds/relatives 2. Cannot able to do anything with his hands 3. childish behaviour. Is it curable? any medicine?

My mother having single seizure everyday when she sits up in the evening after a sleep it stays for 10 second then she describes it as neck pain anxti sezure medicines are already ongoing levetiracem 250-500 mg od . I took the bp after the seizures the bp always are at 190/100 but as soon as seizure stops the bp comes to normal 130/80 in 10 minutes attaching ct brain reports please tell me what is the exact problem why she is getting seizures while on medication also why the bp is high while seizure she has a histroy of meningitis 10 years back also has breast cancer tnbc metastasis
