Hello Doctor...I am 35 old man...My head has been spinning from time to time from past few years... Feeling like my head spinning inside not outside...The back of the head, neck and back are felt tremor...  When I stand up it feels like I am drunk... feeling like my legs are imbalance...There are no any other symptoms...No headache, Suger, BP, TSH all are normal...

Hello Doctors, i really need help. I want to know what's happening, whenever I Stand or even if I sit or move a bit theres some sudden feeling in my brain at the back and feels like I'm going to faint. I was on psychiatric medicines for 3 months and discontinued 3-4 days ago and since then I'm having these movements. It feels like that the head is kind of tingling, is getting compressed and I'm going to faint.. Can you please help doctors?

Specially after lunch from around 4 pm to 9 pm, i need a stiffness and numbness at the center of forehead, which around the eyebrows. Eyes feel very tired. It triggers more when I am driving. Sometimes i feel slight pain at the two ends of forehead. I have specs with power -2. Eyes power has not changed. My dad starts with coffee then slight breakfast, the lunch around 2 pm, then coffee around 4 pm and so on. I take nexito ls half a tablet thrice a week. Otherwise i feel brain zaps at the two ends of the forehead. Also I get gastric issues many a times. Feels like gas trapped in stomach. I don't eat too much carbs. Neither too much junk. I drink whiskey twice a week. Around 200ml. I smoke cigarettes daily around 5-7, but not the whole cigarette at one go. What should I do? Is it because of stress, or tension or some nerve issue or gas that goes up? Please help.

Hi doctor, I am an IT employee. I have a sleep-walking issue. I have had this issue since my childhood. But I neglected that. It is not regular. It occurs sometimes only. Now I am 29 years old. Now a days I am regularly walking to sleep. I didn't know I was doing this. If my partner says you are doing this, then only I will get to know this. I know this is not a normal issue. Can you please guide me on what action I need to take on this? I am not on any medication. I am perfectly healthy; I didn't have any other issues apart from this.  Thanks.

Good morning sir... From last 2 year i am facing this issue.. Like i felt like something got stuck inbetween lungs and its shootup my BP (160/100) Hand & feet sweating.. Anxiety Regular imbalancing in body while standing & walking ( vertigo type) Weakness in muscle.. Head and eye heaviness.. Weared feeling. Loud music and movies with loud sound make more irretation and make me uneasy. ECG normal.. Sterss echo normal.. Large size hatius hernia was diagnosed 2 year back. Mri brain 1 year back normal. Cretvical MRI: Loss of lordosis with straightening of spine noted. Postural disc osteopyt complex c3 c4 (9.9) & c4 c5 (10.1) Mid spinal narrowing c3 c4 level. Taking Pantaz prozole DSR on reqmt  basis and patril md 0.5 mg in case of panic and more anxiety. But anxiety, head & eye heaviness and frequent weekness in calf muscle still continue. Main problem is feeling of imbalancing...while standing and walking... heaviness in head and eyes.. and tight calf muscles .

I've rectory had a root canal failure doing wrong. Dentist punctured my sinus cavity and I now have sinus snd tooth pain. Been feeling so anxious abt it abd 1 weeks ago all of a sudden all my facial nerves and scalp started tingling and burning and then it spread to my legs and feet. It's constant during the day now but at night face and legs go into a rapid tingling buzzing and then results in cold flash in my body, I'm very alarmed. I'm supposed to have a tooth extraction next week but very worried the facial nerve pain will get worse with the recovery of the tooth pain. I also don't understand how to calm and if the nerves. I'm not able go sleep or eat anymore because I'm so anxious about this, pain killers or allergy meds don't seem to helping. Seeking help and guidance. Thank you.

Sir, Since two weeks experiencing pricking and burning sensation in both feet. Having pain in both feet. Also feeling heaviness in legs when getting up after sitting or lying down. Now having pain from hips down to feet. I am taking Thyronorm 50 and current TSH is 6.30 Also taking Cilacar T for hypertension. Kindly advice . Did not consult any doctor yet.
