Brain and Spine Problems

I am having sleeping problem since last month .I live in a rented house  . I face difficulty in sleeping before 2am. But I sleep before 10am at my home . 6 hour sleep is enough for me  . I have no other problem . I do exercise daily .  How do I know if I have insomania or any other problem .

My husband is experiencing painless twitching or mild vibration in right neck, radiating downwards from the right jaw since 3 days, it comes and goes but it is happening since 3 days. What should be done?

We found out that my mother has normal pressure hydrocephalus in August 15 this year and she is a lung cancer patient since 2019. She's having only one tablet which is gefitinib and her cancer hasn't spread since then. We would like to know if there any medication other than surgery to cure NPH. Her body is not suitable for surgery that's the reason doctor didn't perform cancer surgery in 2019. Requesting doctors , is there any medication that can treat NPH with only medication even if it's high cost medication.

I have pain in neck and shoulder also sometimes back ache .It is on left side.I am not sure which doctor I need to consult,can you suggest.Also I can see it is passing to head

My mom was diagnosed with carotid stenosis about 70% on ICA origin and >70% stenosis on carotid bulb on left side neck. DR had suggested her to have medicine to dissolve/reduce the cholesterol. Now she has numbness on left hand and pain on left leg. Please suggest next steps. Attached the doppler reports.

I am a 35 year old female and I have a kid of three years post pregnancy. I have been having this problem of forgetting things. Initially I thought it was because of the pregnancy, body changes and everything, but it's been three years and it's still there, and I earlier I used to remember at least the important things and everything. But now I don't even remember the important things. So my work is getting impacted and over the three years, it has aggravated rather than getting better, so I'm really worried about it. Is this a neurological problem? Could this be Alzheimer's or dementia? Something like that? I know 35 years is a very young age for the onset of these kind of disease, but still, I am worried.

1 year ago fall down in bathroom FOOSH Injuries . Orthopedic doctor said no facture in hand gave some medicine and told consult with neurology. Still shoulder and neck nerve pain .how to cure ?
