Frequent sleeping issue
I observed that my father is sleeping anytime without drowziness and tried.Even he is taking good sleep,No stress.Why this happening? When we talk over video call,He sleep for a minute then wakeup,telling that no i am not sleeping.Sometime blink of eyes for some sec during driving also..please suggest ..why it is happening

Mostly likely this is sleep apnea. Micro sleep during driving is extremely dangerous. Please consult a neurologist as early as possible and  get your father evaluated and start treatment at the earliest.
