Sleeping problem

I could not sleep early in night. I have morning classes so I have to sleep early.Generally I fall asleep after 2 am. Last night I tried to sleep at 11pm ...but I could not sleep all night. What should I do ??

hey, don't sleep in daytime , do exercise six hours before sleep , sleep place should be dark , and no disturbance, avoid coffee , maintain regular timing , don't change schedule often
