Brain and Spine Problems

Here is brief lines , I had head injury at middle place by solid iron rod while entering through door frame। It happened 3 months ago. I applied only ice pack for very long at that day and took paracetamol only. There was feeling very much hedeche only. But by time pain became less day by day . After 1.5 months of incident , I had virtigo and drowsiness type feelings.It also gradually decreased by time passed. Now I fell same thing 2 times after that . Now I have hedeche, whole body ache , slight fever , dizziness for last two days . I have high triglycerides and uric acid ,took medicine.is there any  blood clotting in my brain for this case? Now , it is not tolerable sometimes. What may the reason behind this recurring hedeches etc? Please response.

Kindly see my MRI report for cervical spine with CVJ which shows low lying cerebeller tonsil (5 mm desent) with mild crowding of foramen magnum.  I have symptoms of left back side head pain as now from last 10 days. Kindly suggest?? I have started medicine as lornox P 1 time day,  myoril 2 times a day and joinfast tab 1 times day.now after medicine n resting pain is less. But is there any cure for future without any surgery as I am having headache/migraine from last 10 years n taking naproxen 250 whenever it's occurs weakly. My job is WFH laptop job for 10 hrs a day.

Hello I have severe headache...right side pulsating from two days I took paracetamol no improvement and morning I took sibelium can feel little better but pain and pulsating still there.can I take one more sibelium at night or is there anything I can take now any pain killer I did brain mri last month..report is normal

Headache occurs 2-3 times in a month having pain and it's remains for min 2 days. Can u pls suggest which treatment is ok .so accordingly we will consult and start treatment.

I have  very slight pain in my head (temple area )From the last 4 months , I visited a general physician, she checked me and said no migraine and sinus symptoms. It's very slight pain, non bothering, is it normal?  Is it a Stress headache? What are the things I should notice?

Headache in past 6 month doctor advised mri brain and he said migraine,mri report is normal but uper print is written likely age related brain atrophy please see this report

Hi, I am having giddiness and severe headache since Monday. Doctor advised to take Brain MRI. I need to know the interpretation.

I had polio when I was 3/4 years old. I recovered with mild impact and may be 20% impact on my right leg. I can walk and run like everyone else. People can't recognise until I tell them. There is a muscle difference between 2 legs. I was happy for all these years but from the past 2- 3 years there was a muscle shake above my knee. It come and goes, mostly at night. And from the past 2 months my leg has had some kind of pain. I have consulted a couple of neurologists, they reviewed and did EMG, NCV, MRI spine tests. After that test, they confirmed there is no new problem, might be some kind of weakness. But my problem is still there and it has increased. How can I be sure it's not post polio syndrome. Whom do I need to consult? Neurologist or orthopedic? I am stressed with this problem, don't know where to go.. pls advise

My mother has migraine and a few days ago she got a severe headache which didn't stop for 3 4 days when consulted the doctor he said her migraine had increased and now today also she is having a headache after taking the medication the pain has suppressed but not stop what should we do I have also attached the prescription Thanks
