Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, I have neck pain stiffness with vertigo. Even while I am sitting I feel I will drop or faint. I attached my MRI please let me know if there is any serious?

Doctor from last one month i am not able to sleep properly. My mind always revolves around my work and whlie sleeping it dosent let me sleep. I keep thinking about the work and all stuff. I use to sleep max for 3-4 hrs in a day which make me irritable. Plz help me what i sould do.

I have pain in nerves around head, neck and shoulder. It has been since 6 years. I took homeopathy. And also back.

I'm taking tremidon 50mg twice a day yet tremors are persistent. I was in the icu for a day. I take treatment for depression as well. But the neurologist I consulted online says it's because of brain nerves. What tests to do? Ct is normal, he said nerves won't appear in ct. Physical neurologist said it's anxiety. Although the hospital I was admitted in said it starts as seizures then I panic and it increases. So which test to do? Is eeg for the same thing?

Hello doctor, recently I have experienced hand numb, tingling and confusion for a few seconds while night sleeping suddenly woke me up which recovered after few seconds on its own which is the first time this occured and after few weeks I have experienced the same.behavior with other hand and without confusion. In few blogs it was mentioned that these symptoms can be TIA / mini stroke. Can u please let me know if this is not related to TIA ? Is it any panic attack or due to migraine ? Can u please help me if this is normal and not life threatening and there are no issues with my brain. Please help me.

I was taking etilaam0.25 mg from 20 days from doctors prescription for anxiety issues...if I stop it after 20 days it will cause any withdrawal symptoms...is it a long duration for taking this medicine...plzz reply...or can I stop this now...there will be no problem...

Sir/Mam My father got hospitalized for severe hyponatremia & corrected in 5days . Discharged from hospital on 20.6.24. Thereafter, after 2days, he found with behavioral changes like crying, not behaving properly, hands not using for eating,etc... Then did MRI & found Central Pontine Myelinolys . Is it curable? Can I suggest him for Immune globulin (intravenous) (IGIV) ? How long he takes to cure? Pls suggest to bring him back to his original situation like before to normal condition. Thankyou.

For the past 8 months, I have been experiencing some symptoms related to forgetfulness and have realised that there has been a gradual decline in my overall congnitive abilities and brain functions. Symptoms:- 1. Difficulty finding the appropriate word while speaking in front of a formal audience and meetings. 2. Trouble remembering things which are crucial for my job such as the flow of an algorithm or a specific business strategy. 3. Forgetting names of friends or famous personalities whom I can recall by their face. 4. Overall decrease in motivation and ability to pursue something difficult till the end. Significant Past Medical History:- I was diagnosed with Hepatitis-A related Jaundice last year which I recovered from fully after follow up. Past Medical Opinion:- I consulted with a neurologist who diagnosed me with anxiety and hypertension and prescribed me medications but those did not work as expected. Kindly help me with suggestions and next course of action. TIA.
