Posterior bulge of C5­6 disc indenting thecal sac. Small central protrusion of C6­7 disc indenting thecal sac.  Early cervical spondylosis.

Namaste,I am male and my age is 17. Actually I am having facial tics on my left face since childhood. Have poor mental health since childhood,I discovered symptoms of ADHD and MDD. since last year I am having some headach on a particular spot of my left head which slowly increased in frequency and now i am having these hedach multiple times in a day which lasts for few seconds. Back in december 2024 I had Diplacusis Monauralis in left ear which last for few days and vanished away on its own and now I am having tinnitus in my left ear since starting of this Year. my overall health was never good means my body always remains slim no matter how much i eat. plz suggest me what all these means and what  i should do. I have attached a image of head where i have labeled(green)  location of my headach .

I'm using thyronorm 25mcg, my face is swelling(no pain) suddenly from last 1 year & got double chin , if i go out its swelling, and lot of hair fall. I'm getting lot of foot pain ,neck and headache,i couldn't able to do daily chores because of my muscular dystrophy plus now can't even stand for 5 minutes. I'm using maxmala for pain. Pls suggest me anything for my pain and thyroid tablets dose usage.I've attached the MRI report and thyroid test report.

I have having on and off twitching in my left wrist from last few days. No pain/no spasm/no discomfort. Twitching goes off on its on. It usually happens when I am on my computer work. I am not diabetic but take Telma AM 40 and becadexamin (MV) OD. I am 51 year old and hale and hearty. No other medical conditions.

Creatinine level is 25 what needs to be done, kindly help. He has bp. He is on medication. From few days he is suffering from dehydration.

My mum fell from scooty and got hurt on her head, there was no blood, and she is fine can walk /talk and didnt vomit. how do I know the injury was not serious, and if damage has happened what should I do abt it?

Dear sir/Madam my atha was suffering from back pain and total  body is shaking,unable to walk, doctor told main cause is using anti-psychotic drug long term for head ach.and he given botax injection 200iu, But results not satisfactory,can u please guide any further treatment for tremors please suggest me sir.Is there any cure.

My father aged 55 is experiencing vertigo since 10 days mainly every morning after wakeup first 7 days responded well with vertin 16 od but since last 2 days even vertin 16 BD is not helping much and even in evening vertigo is happening. Around 8 months back his brain MRI (regular checkup) and everything normal in brain showed right ear chronic mastoiditis though no other symptoms like ear discharge, pain ,redness, swelling present. He has hypertension but no medication running right now  though we will start soon and were taking readings( remains 140-150/85-95 in morning and 135-145/80-90 in evening ) . He also has cervical spondylosis (neck pain and shoulder pain since 1 year). Earlier also occasionally he got vertigo but once in 1-2 month only but now regular since 10 days. So tell whether we need to evaluate incidental MRI findings of RIGHT CHRONIC MASTOIDITIS or not needed as vertigo linked to Hypertension or Cervical or mastoiditis??? Heard mastoiditis can progress as well??

Hi Doctor, Today when wake up and tried to sit i was feeling dizzy and my head was spinning and body was become cold and chills throughout body. We rushed to hospital and checked the ecg which was normal  and bp at that time was 140/80 But I still feel lightheaded, what could be issue as I feel neck pain and shoulder pain from long time.
