Is it brain Tumor ?
Namaste,I am male and my age is 17.
Actually I am having facial tics on my left face since childhood.
Have poor mental health since childhood,I discovered symptoms of ADHD and MDD.
since last year I am having some headach on a particular spot of my left head which slowly increased in frequency and now i am having these hedach multiple times in a day which lasts for few seconds.
Back in december 2024 I had Diplacusis Monauralis in left ear which last for few days and vanished away on its own and now I am having tinnitus in my left ear since starting of this Year.
my overall health was never good means my body always remains slim no matter how much i eat.
plz suggest me what all these means and what i should do.
I have attached a image of head where i have labeled(green) location of my headach .

You need a comprehensive evaluation by a neurologist. Please consult physically for proper management. This might not be anything sinister so just try to relax and meet a neurologist
