Frontal lobe brain tumour mainly presents with headache, vomiting, seizure is less common though can happen ...one main presentation is change in behavior of patient...like irrelevant talk, psychiatric symptoms, decreased sleep...if size of tumour becomes too big then it can present with weakness of opposite side limbs and facial deviation...

Frontal lobe is the largest love in the brain. Symptoms of Tumor in this region depends on the exact location and size of the tumor. It can range from simple headache, seizure, loss of smell to more serious weakness, unconsciousness, disorientation etc.
