03 days ago found urin pass issue , then through cut passed a pipe ,when catheter was  not able to fit, now urin passes but prostate is in large near about 67 gm through sonography. I want to know the line if Tratement other then operation.

It has been more are 3 years now, I don't know what has happened to me. I have totally lost my focus on anything and always have a bit heavy head. Whenever I try to concentrate instantly I start yawning and feel asleep. I feel sleepy whole day even after taking adequate amount of sleep. When I try to read or think, I feel very uncomfortable. I have lost my retension and memorization ability as I have before. I always feel uncomfortable and uneasy, I always feel that my head is empty and I always try to keep it same, everythough when I don't want. HELP ME, I HAVE EVEN NOT ABLE TO STUDY FOR MY EXAMS.
