Brain and Spine Problems

My neck and back of head is paining and i am feeling kil numbness and lightheadedness it was hurting to move my neck but now the pain is less still the lightheadedness and pain in back of head is still there.

I have pulsatile tinnitus in right ear from 3 year It triggered by health anxiety On Google I read it is a symptom of glomus jagulare tumor My plain brain MRI is normal Should I do contrast MRI for rule out any tumor or plain MRI is sufficient. Normally technician in MRI service do not allow to contrast until anything seen .

Is lacunar infarct a stroke,1 year ago my Dad was suffering from Bell's palsy and completely fine and at that time we had done a Ct scan and the report came lacunar infarct and currently taking Rosuvastatin and Aspirin tablets so Is lacunar infarct stroke and how long Aspirin should my Dad take,Pls reply me Sir Thank you

I am 33 years old. Got an MRI of lumbar spine and the findings were that there is mild disc bulge between L3-L4. Showed the MRI images to a spine specialist and he said that there is no major issue. However , I am suffering from continuous dull nerve pain in my right hip, and when I get relief from the pain sometimes then I feel numbness in my same side upper area of the buttock. The numbness feels in a line. It started when I slept sideways with my right hip on top. Neither I  lift any weight nor I had any injury.

Which specialists I should contact if I have left leg and hand numbness frequently. Facing frequent numbness on left leg.

I'm feeling sudden tingling and numbness on my feet and arms, especially my left arm and feet and the last two fingers of my hand. It is a continuous tingling and I'm feeling weak also.. Blood reports are normal. Not sure what the reason is. Is there a reason to worry?

My feet are extremely hot in summer. Especially on night, during sleeping. Unable to sleep. I wash my feet several times in cold water still it's so hot .

Does the report says he has gone a stroke? Or he may get a stroke? His symptoms are severe giddy and taking only vertin 24 for it

I have  Tingling sensation in hand and legs And right hand fingers are stiff. I do hot compression for relief. Right hand issue is since 2,3 years But Leg issue is started since 3,4 month and tingling.Is not going?It's 24/7.It's just that if I get busy.I don't feel it tingling whenever I feel.I can feel sometimes my legs are feeling very tired and the right hand is feeling very tired.what could be issue what should i do next??

I feel drowsy in the morning even I sleep 7hrs in night I'm sleeping like micro minutes I can't Focus on anything I feel anxious and stressed I'm thinking that it mabe my heart works slows are my brain is not getting enough oxegen I think so I'm dmd patient muscular dytrophy. I know that my condition gets worse but I'm not worried about that what's ever is gonna happen happens so this the problem that making me lack of focus I feel tired but suddenly it all good can't guess
