Brain and Spine Problems

Sir/Mam, from 3 months i m facing balance issues, it is not affecting my walking but whenever i try to stand in my feet its like earthquake is happening. And whenever i sleep my thigh and feet is like moving. I got a little improvement from b12 shots. Will i get cured? Plz help me and reply me doc🙏🙏

My father is a Neuro patient. We have changed the doctor recently, he has reduced the dosage. 2-3days after following new medicine, dad started to vomit and seems vertigo.It has been 4days, we gave him Vertin and Zofar but he is not recovering. He is having hiccups all day long.Is it serious? What needs to be done now. Please help

My mother is suffering from severe pain from hip to foot when she gets up from a sitting position. It is so severe that she starts crying with pain...I don't know what is happening but cannot see her suffering so much... got all her blood tests done... Her vitamin B12 is more than 2000. Please, someone help me... shown to doctors, but they go on giving medicine, and again, when we went, they changed the medicine... I think they are experimenting on her... Please help
