IMPRESSION: • Reduction in calibre - stenosis noted along the lateral aspects of bilateral transverse sinuses. • NO evidence of dural sinus venous thrombosis. • Sella, pituitary gland appears normal. NO abnormal increased vertical tortuosity of bilateral optic nerves. NO optic nerve sheath dilation. • Suggested clinical correlation and further evaluation if necessary.
