80 yrs female - presenting with headache since few months , mri head shows homogeneously enhancing extra axial lesion in the left frontal region measuring 2.4*1.4*1.5 cm , it's broad based towards dura and anteroinferior falx cerebri ..is the diagnosis meningioma ?
