Brain and Spine Problems

I am having severe head pain from. Left side of my head and even my left eye is also paying because of that.. Whom to consult?? I have a 12 hours desktop job.. Should I consult eye specialist or neurologist?

I had been diagnosed with typhoid which cured but now I am having numbness in feet n leg and sometimes hand pain and numbness . My doctor told that I am having b12 deficiency and gave me some tablets and injection which is to be taken for a month ... Just want to confirm if it's not any neurological issue with me?

Hello I have sensation feeling in my left leg I. E when I press my left leg with right leg then I feel little comfortable and bcoz of this I take more time to sleep or feel very uncomfortable while sleeping And after wake-up I feel same while walking till two three hours then it came to normal. Sometime while seating also have same feeling. Kindly help

My mother ages 60 has pain in lower back but this pain is only while doing some physical activity.If resting then there is no pain or discomfort in lower back. While walking sometimes pressure is felt on the legs. I have attached the MRI. Thanks.
