Attached MRI SPINE AND BRAI. report of a vhl case with pancreatic cysts, renal cysts, RCC . Bilateral RCC has been operated recently. Right cerebella r hemangioblastoma operated in 2019. Dorsal spine Schwanomma operated in 2015. This is a follow up scan when RCC was diagnosed. RCC was stage 1 Wanted to understand MRI report. Patient is asymptomatic . Are all lesions in spine are hemangioblastoma and schwanomma itself or any malignancy? Since asymptomatic neuro opinion is to observe only and follow-up..

VHL patients generally have hemangioblastomas in spine brain and eyes, they also run a risk of life threatening brain tumors. these tumors are not always malignant, but they can still grow very fast and are unpredictable. If diagnosed with VHL biannual MRI brain and spine with contrast is compulsory.
