During day time many times I feel dizziness ,fast heart beat etc after come from work. At work i dont feel anything just normal. But after return from work i feel such problems and sometimes difficulties in remembering the words. At at night when i ready to sleep i feel so weird in my heart not able to sleep and sometimes open my eyes suddenly feeling something happened to me. Today i was ready to sleep and again feel weird in my heart so i change my position feel little relaxed but suddenly i wake up due to ekdum jor se nakh me se saas nikli and then have pain in head . Can someone tell me ye kis chiz ka symptoms hai or muje is chiz ke liye kis dr ke pass jana chahiye ?? Before i went to General physician and neurologist but one prefer me to phschiatrist and neurologist give me anxiety medicine but im still confused. Please help me because im suffering too much at night for sleeping. And all these symptoms just come when i retun to home .
