Is it safe to travel after 3 week

Hi Team Jus wanted to confirm/ check is it safe to travel post 3 weeks of successful train journey of 28 hours one side of mitotic brain tumour surgery which went fine and complete tumor was cleaned in 1 instance. Is there any chances of catching infection or something else ! If yes, what are the precautions to be followed!
