Brain and Spine Problems

My mother is experiencing neck and head pain, occasionally accompanied by intense, sometimes she gets really bad headaches, but they only last for a minute or two.

My father is not able to remember some of my close family names and sometimes he is not able to speak properly (sleep of tounge)

My 3 and half months baby has more than 12 cafe au lait spots all over his body and a big spot on the head. There are no family members having background of Neurofibromatosis. So what is the ratio that my baby is having NF here? As of now there are no symptoms except cafe au lait spots. Is there any chance that my baby is having or will be getting NF in the future?

My mother is having severe vomitings with dizziness and also we have taken MRI brain scan I am attaching the report if it is normal or any issue ?

For the past months my headaches are getting severe at the back of my head. They stay the whole day and next gone, sometimes it happens for little time but the stinging sensation is enough to tell the pain.

I am having light headedness and occasional dizziness type feeling since last 2 days and its disturbing my day to day activity. Also if there are certain tense situations, I get sudden dizziness type feeling or sudden something going on in my head. Please help me whether it's a symptom of any major disease? I am a lil scared

Sometimes I could hear sound inside my brain. Last year I consulted a doctor who was a medicine specialist. He told that it was normal. But I feel that it's not normal. I think it's the sound of my nerves. Should I do a CT scan?

I take escitalopram 10 mg daily and amitriptyline 35 mg daily can I take 1 gram ashwagandha is it safe .

My one eye is twitching continuously for around 30-40 days.. now it is getting twitched more often and the lower eye lid is twitching left right. Is it normal or need any medical treatment? I had a brain stroke in Feb 2023 and was on anti depressants and some other medicines for around 1 year. Please suggest

Recently I developed neck pain, upon mri it was diagnosed with cervical, I have bad headaches only during night, if I turn towards left or right side to sleep I feel a sudden chill or rush in my chest, although neck pain is bearable now after treatment but sometimes the headache is too much. From past 2-3 days I feel tingling sensation near jaw area, I get anxious and start crying automatically, I also get goosebumps sometimes out of nowhere, since yesterday I can feel a small moving lymph near jaw area. Can't understand if it's anxiety or anything else.
