Brain and Spine Problems

My father (64 years) had a Neurosurgery (craniotomy) in the month of February. He has always had a problem with low BP (usually his BP used to be somewhat between 110-120 and 60-70). However, post-surgery, his BP remains 140/70 and in evening hours it increases and remains like 150-160 systolic, and 70-80 diastolic. He is taking Telsig AM/ Telvas AM tablet once daily after breakfast at present. How can we keep his BP in normal range, please suggest. P.S : He was infused with 6 units of FFP during surgery to prevent bleeding since his INR and APTT level were deranged.

Diagnosed FMD years ago..doing regular physio/ exercises with medication but my doubt is can FMD (fibromuscular dysphasia) be treated and apart from neuro, which specialist need to be consulted?

Is there any side effects of Placida tablet? Does it affects or damages the brain? Prolonged use is safe with this tablet?

My mother has severe headache from 3 days. When we consult doctor BP 180/90. They suggest CT scan. But ct scan report came normal. After giving LOVE 20 MG injection two times bp reduced to 130/90. But after 6 hours BP again rises to 160/90. And severe headache started. After giving DYNAPAR AQ Injection headache reduced. Again BP rising to 170/90. What should we do kindly suggest.

For the past few weeks I have been having severe headaches especially while waking up in the morning , and also having frequent blackouts anytime and unable to bear any kind of light source & sound source

My husband 38 is suffering from lower back buttocks pain ( when sit ) and pain below knee cap , he is continuously following rheumatologist from last 3 years , his Ra anti CCP ANA ENA HLAB27 TTG is negative MRI of si joint and pelvic was normal (2022) Bone scintography ( 2022) normal Every after 2 month rhuematologist call him to follow up ,ESR CRP never raised in 3 year , he have consulted 5-6 rhuematologist but till no one diagnosed it as spondylopathy, presently the rhuematologist treating him as fibromyalgia,BJHS I want to if it is not arthritis, what other spinal or nerve problem can cause pain symmetrical and same intensity and location both side Lowe back Buttocks pain Below knee cap Sometimes heel fingers His pain generally feels in lower limb no muscles pain and swelling in last 3 year , sleep well in night

Can Depran L be stopped as it's having side effects like dizziness sweating and cold body it make me sleepy whole day

I have severe back neck pain atleast 15 days once . My pain usually starts mild in the evening and peaks during night could be relieved only by taking paracetamol tablet .i also have pain in the last 4 months whenever i move my head back and front.. what problem is this.. is this related to nerve? Please tell

It's 3rd time in a year, mostly during morning when I do my house core I get my upper back(left side only) stuck with a sharp pain, which goes to left side neck and left hand,for couple of minutes I usually not able to move my neck and hand,my neck gets stiff nd it's takes 5,6 days to get back in normal condition... it pains a lot during any movement. Today even after taking a session of physiotherapy I am still in pain upper shoulder and upper rib pain Regards
