Hi my cousin have vp stunt at head but from last few months he is having severe headache vomit time to time so we went to fortis noida for general check up they suggested for CT head .. please fine the attached report and suggest is this major or minor issue.. does this required any surgery or it will be okay with medication

At the age of 38 yrs i was diagnosed with high BP ...then at age 39 i started having absence seizure...I'm having levera 750 twice daily... what is the cause of my seizure...I was never diagnosed with epilepsy...why suddenly ...does high BP cause seizure

I got hit my Bamboo in head 5 days ago . My eye vision is also decreased a little bit and I am having pain in backside of my head sometimes. I consulted a neurologist he did ct brain. It was normal. Now he has prescribed me setbrain 60, nervitop m, vasograin, adenojoy and benq10. Should I take this tablets ? Will they cure my problem? Will i need to take any tablet for gas along with this tablets?

Hello Earlier some years back, I had postural buldge, herniated disc issue in L5-S1. For which I did a lot of physiotherapy and I recovered well but suddenly one day I started feeling tingling in whole body specially face hand and legs and only in right leg and hands. I did a ncv test which showed mild axonal motor neuro pathy Since that time I am telling different medicines like gabapentin etc etc and doing exercise as well but still I feel it in right leg ( near calf) and sometime in right hand ( not frequency) Is there any specific excercise or medication I can follow, which can eradicate this year long problem 🙏

Left paracentral annular tear at L5­S1 level Diffuse annular bulge with left paracentral protrusion at L5­S1 level indenting anterior thecal sac,moderate narrowing of left neural foramen and left lateral recess with compression of left sided traversing and exiting nerve roots. *Consulted different doctor's...all doctor said surgery required for L5-S1* One doctor said TLIF L5-S1 surgery cost 3lacs  (surgery package) Other said discestomy cost 1.5lacs *Which one is correct BEST  surrgery? Approx surgery cost please*
