Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I am a 30 years old female, working as an IT Professional.Its been a while I am worried  of this condition of my forgetfulness. Used to be a bright student back then and had a very sharp memory but 6 years back this issue started. Later I got diagnosed with thyroid. It was hypothyroidism with a TSH value 100+. With medication thyroid gets better and now in control with TSH value less than 5. But been few months again this forgetfulness is getting worse and I am not sure what can be the reason. Sometimes I am thinking is it a neuro problem or do I need a psychiatric if I am into depression. I am not sure what to do but it's affecting a lot my professional and personal life as I am not able to remember anything properly.I started self doubting myself which leads to a very low self esteem.

My father has left side hemiplegia since 14 mnths, he avoided accupuncture, massaging etc treatments in hosp due to too much pain he was feeling.now he is on complete bed rest since 8 mnths, he even cant move his left body as well as he is always in looking towards roof position, now he is complaining puslating pain in his left leg which is swallowing now, his left side muscles became hard too. My question is that are there medicines or treatments doing which he cant feel pain while massaging or accupuncuturing etc. I heard tht these kinda pyralysis person feels pain due to nerve blockage. Any advice?

Hello Earlier some years back, I had postural buldge, herniated disc issue in L5-S1. For which I did a lot of physiotherapy and I recovered well but suddenly one day I started feeling tingling in whole body specially face hand and legs and only in right leg and hands. I did a ncv test which showed mild axonal motor neuro pathy Since that time I am telling different medicines like gabapentin etc etc and doing exercise as well but still I feel it in right leg ( near calf) and sometime in right hand ( not frequency) Is there any specific excercise or medication I can follow, which can eradicate this year long problem

I want to know about cervical spondylitis as I am diagnosed with it. How it can be diagnosed and treated?

My wife have mygraine problems 3 years but I take medicine since 14 months and lastly doctor give meagon plus tab and I take every night before sleep. When I don't take and next my headache is like my head I want like to cut. Will u please give me any suggestions for this problem and am from Kashmir India district anantnag

I had a feet injury and then it goes tingling and numb (very very mild) and on same side my hand also has the same symptoms. One day I had pain in my both hands while writing and lifting weights.  Doctor told me check your b12. I had 150 pg/ml b12 in May 2023. I had 5 shots (alternative days) then pain got relieved immediately  and took  supplements for few months till August..then I stopped taking supplements and checked after few days  it was 600 pg/ml..around August. Now it is dropped to 300 again. What should I do ? There is some muscle loss in both hand and leg and little bit foordrop still present ( from starting no good improvement). What should I do ?

My face numbness is on and off and I have nerve tingling in hands feet and legs I took neurozin b12 tablets and also took Vitcofol injection for 4 weeks I still see the numbness and tingling has not gone

Sir/Madam, My Age is 33. Around 15 days before around 1 pm in night..since i was awake thinking...i develop sudden sharp nerve pain in right side of head i.e between upper right eye and ear....only once..and not thereafter..however slight pain afterwards It was first time i have ever experinced such pain in head in my entire life. Since then i am feeling that my head has become weak..and sometime feel heavyness in right side in head and may be face also.... I am very tensed...as i mistakenly googled and i have invited numerous brain related problem to self...and become more tensed...thinking i might have these I don't want to live my life on taking medicine...plz help me...whether i have damaged my brain cells or nerves...or my nerves has permanently weaken... Will i be able to normal again without medicine... Plz Hepl Doctor

Nerve slight bulging out on pressing feels something bubble like , dilut to which slight pain in lower hand ,what should be done, the nerve bulging is from around 5 10 years old but pain from last 5 months.what should be done

Sometimes, i feel my head is moving for few seconds atleast 20-30 times a day from last 1 month. I have also been suffering from cold in morning and evening time or during weather change. Are these two problem connected? Please guide me from which doctor should I consult?
