Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having breathing difficulty since quite some time. No pain anywhere. The feeling is more of unable to take a full breath properly and discomfort is majorly around the back of the neck and the brain area. I also face extreme lightheadedness with this and the feeling is almost as if I am about to faint. It gets a bit better after I eat anything, but keeps coming back. No one has been able to guide me properly so far, Any help would be really really great. Thank you
