Brain and Spine Problems

From the past 3 days I am having severe headache between 8 to 12 in the morning ,after which it reduces.Then again happens on next day.What might be the problem and solution.

When I am doing something my hands and legs are vibrat and many time I just sitting but I felt that my hands and legs are vibrating insidely .

Lumbar lordotic curvature is lost. Few small anterior marginal osteophytes noted in various vertebrae suggesting spondylotic changes. Disc desiccation noted in the form of reduced T2WI hypointensity at multiple levels. L4-5 disc shows diffuse posterior and bilateral foraminal bulge compressing anterior thecal sac and bilateral exiting and traversing nerve roots with residual thecal sac AP diameter 7.25 mm. L5-S1 disc shows postero-central bulge compressing anterior thecal sac.

Is it possible that anxiety causes hyperreflexia 3+ on one knee only, unilateral ? Thank you for your time.

My rhumatologist prescribed me pregab D for next 4 month , I am already taking this medicine from last 3 month , I want is it pain killer,can increase creatinine,sgot SGPT

Sir I feel as if my head is heavy... sometimes I have migraine pains but this heaviness is happening daily I feel dizzy... I don't know what has happened before it was not like that

I started having tremor some years back when i am in stress condition but its getting worse now and it is affecting my activities.And i want to take propanolol occationally only  before an activity which may put me in stress.Is it okay?

Sometimes the hand shakes and throws away everything, Most of the time I saw it after waking up, And secondly, no matter what house the ceremony is in, it is too much pressure, then I see shaking hands and throwing away the plate, glass, and bucket. CT scan, ECG, suger tests all are normal, what should I have to do? What could it be?

I have autonomic dysfunction and mast cell diseases my severe issues are temperature intolerance and breathlessness and tachycardia doctor said no medicine for dysautonomia but for mast cell they give levocetirizine with montelukast and bilastine and for medical emergency a hand made epipen I want to say is any medicine or treatment not available for dysautonomia because I can't do anything doctor prescribed some antidepressants medicine for calm and relax but the benifit is only good sleeping no help in my temperature issue or tachycardia or breathlessness is any hope for me please answer me or treat 🙏 me
