My mother has been diagnosed with nerve damage making her legs feel tingling sensation and reduce in vision. During eye test, her retina is totally fine but she's not able to see clearly. Please help

Last night I had head ache on the right side of my head at the top that gradually spread to the neck and after that I found two of my fingers the pinky one and the adjacent one to be numb( feeling cold sensation while moving it) I'm scared if this is something serious, also I have no other symptoms

My hands shiver while doing  any work. To whom should I consult? I am taking medicines Arzu and Nexito. Please help.
