Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I am looking for advice for my father who is feeling heavy head and eyes along with sudden blackout for few seconds in couple of times in a day. However, he has no medical history and no pain in any part of the body.

Hi sir, since 5 years I'm facing severe weakness and balance issues due to b12 and d3 deficiency... After taking medicines for few days almost 80% symptoms subside.. But after 1 or 1 and half month again symptoms reappear... Is there any permanent treatment for this problem

I have severe brow ahe in inner corner of left eye and one eyebrow muscle and slight blur vision and droopy eyelid in left eye and whenever I work in system this pain increases. Please give a solution. This pain is lasting for about 2 months.

I consulted a neuro surgeon in 2019 and got my MRI done. However, I didn't take proper medication..  Now my pain in the neck region has become more recurrent. What is the treatment for this ailment? Is it due to incorrect posture? Attached MRI report from 2019..

I am male, 37 years old, weight 85 , suffering with vertigo problem , I met ENT specialist, after sound test,he said no issue in ear , ear sensitive ( close your ears with cotton out side) I met neuro physician,he written vertin 16 tablet. I met eye specialist after test he said everything is good . I met general physician - doctor written vertin tablet. I took physiytherapy treatment 10 days for neck, I am doing vertigo exercises. But no change I quit my job. Please suggest me what to do, what is the reason for this problem. Giddiness unable to walk outside , unable to drive bike. when I am going in auto also getting headache. Please suggest me.

Hi, i found a dent on my leg near the shin bone around 1.5 cm diameter. Have a Post Sub Cataract, has on and off muscle related issues like back pain, stomach pain due to muscle pain. Is this the sign of Myotonic mascular dystrophy? If I want to rule out this what should i do ?

Occipital lymph node is swollen for more than a month and MRI report says there is no abnormality after consulting a general practitioner. What sort of surgeon we should consult to?

I am taking desvenlafaxine 50mg, amitriptyline 10mg, clonazapam 0.25mg from last 5 years prescribed by neurologist. I want alternative antidepressants of desvenlafaxine and amitriptyline because these medicines causing extreme hair  loss and also weakening my bone density. I visited few neurologists and psychiatrists but they are unable to prescribe me safer medicines. I don't have any depression or anxiety in real life because i never think negative at all. I have automatic throbbing in head, squeeze like pain in brain, dizziness, migraine with nausea and due to this automatic anxiety attacks come in brain. Whenever I leave these medicines, these dizziness, migraine headache with nausea comes back again. But I want to get rid of these medicines. Please suggest
