Brain and Spine Problems

I have mild mvp grade1 MR. I have anxiety and panic symptoms. Is it due to dysfunction of autonomous nervous system or due to mvp.

I might have got hit on my head a few days earlier, my head is  hurting a little bit ( slight pain on both sides of head) , can you suggest some medicine / painkillers which will help

I had bell pasley 2 years ago and Couldn't recieve a proper treatment. My face has recovered but I still have residual weakness in my face.
